Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this review site. By reading it you accept them. If you do not agree, please close the page. The terms are short on purpose and are written about what this site is: an independent set of notes on Fresh Casino, aimed at readers in Australia.
Nature of the site
This site publishes opinions and observations about an online casino. It is a guide, not a gambling service. We do not accept bets, deposits or sign-ups, and nothing on these pages creates a contract between you and us about gambling.
Scores, pros and cons, and comments about the game library reflect the view of the author at the time of writing.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 to use this site, and older where your local law requires. If gambling advertising or online casino content is restricted where you live, you should not use the links to the operator.
Whether a casino may be used from your location is your responsibility to check. We cannot give legal advice and nothing here should be read as such.
Accuracy and changes
Casinos change bonuses, wagering rules, limits and game lists without notice. We aim to keep details accurate, but a figure that was right on the day we checked may be out of date when you read it. The casino's own terms always take priority over our summary.
Where the operator does not publish a number, we say so instead of guessing.
Affiliate links and independence
Links to the operator may be tracked, and the site may receive a payment if a visit leads to a registration. This does not change the way we describe the casino, and the cons are written down alongside the pros.
We choose what to cover and how to rate it ourselves. The operator has no editorial control over these pages.
Responsible play
Gambling can cause harm. Set deposit and time limits before you play, never chase losses and never stake money you need for living costs. If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, free confidential help is available in Australia on 1800 858 858.
We encourage the use of self-exclusion registers and of the limit tools the casino provides.
Liability
We provide this site as it is, and we are not liable for losses linked to playing at any casino mentioned here, or for decisions made from our reviews. Use of the site is at your own risk.
We are also not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Copyright and updates
The text and layout of this site belong to its publisher. You may quote short extracts with a link back, but you may not copy whole reviews. Brand names, logos and screenshots of the casino belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate the review.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
